I am trying to encrypt and decrypt a message as indicated in the code below. Basically I want to encrypt the message with the public key and convert this encrypted message from the byte array to String. And decrypt this line into the source text. Here are both methods. Here, encryption works fine, but decryption is not performed (error: "Data must start from scratch"). I think this is because I am converting an encrypted byte array to String.
How can i solve this? (I want to have an encrypted byte array as a string and use it to decrypt) Is there any other approach (with public and private keys)
