Oracle 11g Report - AWR Analysis Assistance

I am new to Oracle and I created an AWR report from Enterprise Manager. Here is a small snapshot of the report.

Logos: 0.01 per second - 0.02 per transaction
In memory Sort% 100.00
Executes 19.0 per second - 27.7 per transaction
% SQL with execution> 1 Start: 97.45 - End: 94.41
Buffer cache: Start: 240M - End: 240M
Rollback 0.2 per second - 0.2 per transaction
Buffer Hit% 99.98
Total pool size: Start: 1,024M - End: 1,024M

Can you guys tell me what each of the terms such as "login", execution, etc. means? and how can they be used to determine database performance?

Sorry if this question seems silly, but I could not find an explanation anywhere on the net.

Logos are quite simple - how many times a new user / session has been registered in the system. As a rule, you do not need many logins per second, as this is a rather slow operation. If so, then you should probably look at pooling.
