How to change already installed content support?

First, how can I see that the plugin controls CTRL + SPACE content support? And how can I change it in another to add my own things. Any help / idea is welcome.

I think you are looking for "Templates". Assuming you are using Java, this is in the Windows menu → Preferences, then Java-> Editor-> Templates. For example, the screenshot below shows CTRL-SPACE content support when entering "sysout".
