How to use / wrap snake / blowfish / whirlpool encryption code?

I have a google search for snake and blowfish encryption wrappers. I found the snake / blowfish / whirlpool engine here:

I am looking through the code. however, I have no idea how to wrap the encryption mechanism of snakes and blowfish. Can someone give me a hint? thank.
