Touch Screen Select Solution (html Select tag)

I need help selecting the html Select tag option.

choose an option, for example, choose a country and state, it is very difficult to choose in the large touch screen. like Android mobile (with an attached image) and IOS using the shell to expand the selection option, I need a similar solution that I can use in my application.
