I found the paragraph below in the SCJP 6.0 book. What does this mean by the latest statement. In which book do you read how these variables are stored in memory ?. Many thanks.
"This virtual machine is dependent."
There is no range for boolean types; boolean value can be true or false. If someone asks you about the bit depths of Booleans, look them straight in the eye and say, "This is virtual machine dependent." They will be impressed.
