How to re-register a device in the Apple Provisioning Portal?

I took advantage of all my registrations on 100 devices, and soon I will close my subscription (in about a month). Therefore, I deleted unnecessary devices, so I will have open windows after my update. Unfortunately, I deleted too much and now I want to return it.

Is there a way to re-register a device, even if the add button is no longer in the user interface?

No, I'm sorry, you have to wait until your update comes in. If you have reached 100 device limits, you cannot remove and then add devices, you just need to wait. If this is really desperate, I suggest contacting Apple support, although I'm not sure how good it is.
