Should I use hashbang / shebang?

I read here that the idea of โ€‹โ€‹shebang (#!) Was such a google

knows that an alternate regular URL exists with the same Status page

So, if I donโ€™t have the usual URLs matching these hash states, can I say that I should use only the hash, not the shebang?

Background: hashes are created based on the search form, and the search results are loaded on one page. The hashes are there so that people can return to the URL using hashes and repeat the same search.

In a broader sense, is there a reason why I should have real URLs matching my hashes?
