I am developing a search engine that takes into account the semantics of data, as opposed to a regular keyword-based index. I managed to develop a reasonable search index using metadata and RDF extraction methods , but I have difficulty in using such methods in the search query itself, since the search query is much shorter than the actual data. any idea how to perform successful search query marking using similar methods, natural language processing, etc.?
Thank!
Yes, the sample size of a typical query is too small for semantic analysis to have any value.
