Convert an audio file to text using System.Speech

I want to convert a WAV file recorded via an Android 16000 phone to text using C #; Namely, the System.Speech namespace. My code is listed below;

recognizer.SetInputToWaveFile(Server.MapPath("~/spoken.wav"));
recognizer.LoadGrammar(new DictationGrammar());
RecognitionResult result = recognizer.Recognize();
label1.Text = result.Text;

The works great with the .wav "Hello world" file sample. However, when I write something on the phone and try to convert it to a computer, the converted text is not next to what I restored. Is there any way to make sure the audio file is transcribed accurately?
