RVM - Cannot use gems from gmbset @global

I have a problem with RVM. In general, I use specific project projects; however, recently, when I install a gem in gmbset @global, it is not available when I work in a specific project. Here is an example where I tried to install the hpricot gem. This is right after installing the gem and launching a new shell.

Any ideas why hpricot won't be available inside the gemset project? I also had a problem with the package, but in the end I installed it again in gemset.

The problem is that I did not use gemset @global when installing gpricot gem for the first time.
