I get below errors when I try to renew an instance of a Suspended (renewable) instance.
Scenario: a request is sent. DB2 Static requests a response port, and it was denied due to access denied. I see that two instances suspended in the admin console are connected to a port and the other to orchestration. After correcting the credentials, the paused port instance was resumed, but the orchestral combination continued to fail.
Uncaught exception (see the 'inner exception' below) has suspended an instance of service 'Orchestration name'.
The service instance will remain suspended until administratively resumed or terminated.
If resumed the instance will continue from its last persisted state and may re-throw the same unexpected exception.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?
