Rails gem / engine support

I need to add customer support to an existing Rails 3 application. I want users to be able to apply for support and respond to it and a quarter until the problem is resolved. I am currently using Zendesk.

Does anyone know something that I can use? Or should I develop it myself?

So, in fact, you want to be able to create a system for problem management? Checkout Redmine . He has the ability to manage problems . However, I'm pretty sure the way it looks is not how you want you to look.
