Using SourceGear Vault with Eclipse?

We use SourceGear Vault Standard (version 5.something) for our control source. I needed to have access to the repository on Mac OS, so it seemed like the easiest way to do this was to start Eclipse using the Vault plugin.

However, there does not appear to be a single “SourceGear Vault Guide with Eclipse,” even on the Sourcegear website. Does this exist, and if so, where can I find it?

Also, I cannot figure out how easy it is to see the list of files in a project using eclipse. Is there any way to do this? I can check all the modified files, but I do not always want to check all of them, just one or two.
