CDF Internet Player Access Configuration

Where is the CDF Player Internet access configuration?

In Mathematica, if I say that it uses the same configurator as the system, it does not work. If I write this configuration myself, it works.

I want to do the same on CDF Player (he says he cannot find the Internet). Where are the "preferences"?
