There is no such file to download - phusion_passenger / analytics_logger

Possible duplicate:
New Rails installation - no such file to download - phusion_passenger / alalytics_logger

I get the following error after deploying our Rails application using Apache + Passenger.

Ruby (Rack) Application Cannot Be Start

Error message: there is no such file to download - phusion_passenger / analytics_logger

Can anyone tell a little about what could be causing this problem?
