Is there a standard way to create watermarks in Python?

Is there any standard watermark method for video in any format in Python?

What about still images?

I suggest checking out pyffmpeg or pymedia , but it's about as good as it gets. Try to find a way to use ffmpeg correctly if you can.

For still images, just use PIL , the Python image library.
