While waiting for answers, I tried a few other things and now ran into another useless error. ("The remote server returned an error: (401)" Unauthorized ".).
I am trying to connect to http: // mailserver / owa / . When I paste this URL into my browser and type in my credentials, I can login in order. When I try to connect to the same credentials via WebDav, I get error 401. How do the same credentials work one way, but not the other?
I tried using the authentication method found here: http://blog.mbcharbonneau.com/2006/10/26/using-net-and-webdav-to-access-an-exchange-server/
I still get the same 401 anyway.
It seems like it should be that simple, but all I can find out is forums for people with the same problem. No one can provide and respond or work as an example. Has anyone really been able to do this successfully before ??
