Can I copy the Eclispe folder to another computer?

I mainly use Eclipse for coding and have already installed various plugins. I do not want to install them again and again.

So, I want to know that if I just copy the eclipse folder to another computer, all my plugins. SFTP accounts and preferences are retained or are all associated with the operating system.
