How to add .net framework 4 in installshield 2010

I am going to make the installation file with installshield 2010. (my program is written. Frame frame work 4). in accordance with the installation requirement in the installation shield, I mark microsoft.net framework 4 as a complete complete and client package, but after setting up, when I want to install the installation file, there is an error that "you must have .net framework 4 on your system", I want to install the .NET Framework 4.0 during installation on a client computer, but I encounter this error: your system must have .net framework 4. please help me
