I am writing a simple ProxyServer that parses packets and sends them to another server instance, for example. something like that:
client → MyProxy → SQLServer →
client <- MyProxy <- SQLServer <-
It should work in an infinite loop. My problem is that the proxy seems to free packets, sometimes even freezes. When I add a lot of debugging information (which is written to the console), ProxyServer is much more stable. It seems that ProxyServer is too fast .. :-)
I am sure that I am doing something wrong, here is the code of my session class (the code is obtained from Boost :: Asio examples).
