How to make Android apps fill the screen on Honeycomb?

I just got Xoom on Wednesday, and after downloading my applications to it, they run in a small window, as if they were running on a smaller device.

Various other apps fill the Xoom screen, although they don't seem to use any specific cellular APIs, as they just seem to be the same interface as on my phone, just stretched to fit.

How can I make my applications fill the screen? Do I need to use fragments, or is there an easier way?

I understood:

minSdkVersion 4 (1.6). , SupportsScreens : resizeable true. android: resizeable to true , API 4 true. http://developer.android.com/guide/topics/manifest/supports-screens-element.html

in manifest file so that your screen size be resizeable.
