What information contains information about my computer when I sign an application?

Google blocked my Android account. I will get a new one, but I do not want google to associate my new account with a suspended one. So my question is, what information does Google collect about my computer when I sign up and upload the application to the market? Is the new key for signing all I need?

I don’t think that Google collects anything about your computer, at least it doesn’t mean that you used the same computer as the suspended user. However, perhaps I think that using their key and, of course, their Google account, they can determine who you are.
