Capuccino alternative with comparable user interface?

I am looking for a set of Javascript-based user interface components for the web application I am creating and have discovered that many of the best web applications have been created using the Capuccino framework; see http://www.getflow.com/ , http://www.picsengine.com/home/ and http://timetableapp.com/ for examples.

However, I am not a Cocoa developer and am not interested in learning Objective-J. Ideally, I would find a set of components that provide the visual end result of Capuccino applications without the base weight of the framework.

I saw the Aristo jQuery user interface (http://taitems.tumblr.com/post/482577430/introducing-aristo-a-jquery-ui-theme), but the jQuery user interface does not seem to have the depth of the components available in Cappuccino.

I understand that this can be a long shot, but I decided that this would not hurt to ask. :)

Another option is jQuery UI : it’s nice if you are already familiar with jQuery, plus the side is not too heavy, but it may not have all the components that you need to determine in advance. It's nice that he recommends writing HTML in a way that gracefully wears out when using your application in older browsers.
