Android application licensing. Using Titanium appcelerator instead of eclipse

I created an Android app using the Titanium appcelerator app. The final step before distribution is to have a license . The problem is that I cannot find proper documentation regarding third-party development and licensing tools. Eclipse seems to be the only way to get a license. Has anyone used a Titanium appcelerator and licensed their application? Any answer, clues, clues would be much appreciated.

TiStudio is a standalone eclipse plugin or full Aptana installation that uses eclipse. Have you tried this or are you currently working only with TiDeveloper?
