Move all files to a folder and all its subfolders into one large folder - windows xp

I have a folder c: \ downloads \ ffme, and inside it there are many subfolders with different numbers of files in each of them.

I want to merge all these separate files into one large folder, deleting them from my subfolders along the way. I want to end with a folder with many files in it, but there are no subfolders. How can i do this?

thank

The easiest way: w / oa cmd ... just open the folder in Windows Explorer and search *.*, then select everything except the subfolders and drag / cut / cut / paste to the desired location.
