Additional links in Generic Lising

I was wondering if anyone knows how I can update and classify my site in a general Google listing? I noticed that sites in general Google roaming are classified by certain links in the site description. How Google and how I will classify my site. I added a photo from the screen:

Took a day, but I found the answer on a very good site: http://www.seopedia.org/internet-marketing-and-seo/google-sitelinks-the-ultimate-faq/ , in which it hints how to place additional links.

Simple: What are links? They are a set of links automatically selected by the Googles algorithm to appear below the website result, linking to the main pages of your website. They are randomly selected, although you can block the appearance of any link.
