There are two main types of backups that support this level of recovery. The first is in a traditional hardware cluster such as Power HA, HACMP, Veritas, MSCS, etc. Another is a multi-instance queue manager (MIQM). Both of them are able to run the queue manager on several servers with data and log files occupying a common disk accessible for all instances.
