JQuery, jScrollPane on UL

I cannot do this work for some reason.

I want jscrollpane to be used in an unordered list (ul).

I managed to do this on my own, but when used with nested ul this does not work. I uploaded my example to jsFiddle so that everyone can take a look and play.
