Can I send an iOS app to the Mac App Store?

I created an iOS application that supports multiple permissions, and I would like to send it to the Mac App Store. Can I send an IPA to the Mac app store?

Additional Information: I have an iOS account for which I paid $ 99. Should I also buy another account? I do not use Xcode.

No. OS X does not have UIKit as a native framework, so it just won’t work. You can take a look at the Chameleon Project from IconFactory, which is trying to create a UIKit-compatible desktop API.
