Choosing the right match for google map implementation in android

I plan to create an application in android that has the following functions.

  • Show path to destination route
  • Show return route
  • Show traffic data
  • Show alternative route
  • Saving user data

except that I want to use some of my own Android controls, such as the image button, text box, map dialog.

Now, by looking at this link I am a bit confused about the choice of approach among

  • Google V3 Maps API in browser
  • Google V3 Maps API in a browser embedded in a native application
  • Google Maps Native APIs

Can someone help me in choosing the approach on the right ?
