Failed to update my comment on chart chart.

I want to update my own comment for fixing in the registration history, but I get the error as a snapshot, as shown below.

I understand that my account is not the administrator / owner of the repository, but I should be allowed to update my own comment! On the TFS side, I can actually do this.

Is there any work for me? I do not want to grant administrator rights to all users.
