I have a good idea for an android app. I know that I have the technical skills to create everything I want, but I'm not quite the greatest artist in the world. Where is the best place to find a professional graphic artist at a reasonable price? I am open to pay an advance or exchange profits along the way.
Perhaps you could try hiring a freelancer (e.g. guru.com).
If you really want to explode the app in the sea, known as the Android market, I would suggest contacting the publishing company with this idea.
