We have a Subversion server hosted on Apache on Windows that has been working fine for many years. Recently, customers began to see sporadic errors "refused." Repeated operation will work - it seems that it is random when it fails or not.
In Apache, error.log jumps nothing. What can I do to diagnose this further?
