How to get console.log () results from a BlackBerry device?

I want to debug an application running on a device. I found this for tablets:

I want to do the same for BlackBerry smartphones. In particular:

How to find the IP address of my phone? I see that the device is connected to my computer in the device manager, but how can I get the IP address?
How to enable web inspector on my phone? I am using 9790 on OS7. I could not find the same parameters that are described in the article above on my device.
