Push message does not send using distributed certificate

I can send a push notification with the p12 developer file using the sandbox, but my application in appstore, I use the distribution certificate file f12, using the messages gateway.push.apple.com, cannot reach the devices.

Click the notification service activated on the distirbuted certificate, I checked on developer.apple.com, I am also trying to use the new device identifier. (not developer device id)

How can I solve my problem? Could you help me? where is my mistake
