Yes, you can send SMS from Android, as well as receive incoming SMS from your application.
Just search for “send SMS” and / or “receive incoming SMS” from Android.
If you configure Kannel, you can send sms from your PC via your Android phone as a modem. A normal sms payment will be charged from your mobile phone.
