Using CMS only to manage content, but not display it

I am developing my personal website and want a "blog section" on the home page. I want to use CMS only for content management, but not to show it on the page with the previously created template.

What I ask here, if there is a CSM that provides an interface for managing content, adding, updating, deleting and the main part, is an easy way to get this information with a database.

I already did this once with Wordpress, but maybe there is something more suitable.

I don’t know if I am clear, so I want to manage content using CMS, but show it in my own way.
