Shockwave Flash Object in C # Surface 2.0 Application, toolbar item hidden

I am developing a SUR40 Surface 2.0 table application. I am developing in MS Visual C # 2010 Express.Net Framework 4. Client profile.

Now I need to embed the Flash file (* .swf) in the surface window.

I followed these steps and I got stuck in (drag the "Shockwave Flash Object" from the toolbar to the form (just like any other control)).

I could not find the Shockwave Flash Object, so I tried some things. After right-clicking on the toolbar and select "Show All", a Shockwave Flash Object will appear, but it is blocked. I cannot transfer this Shockwave Flash Object to my window window (see image).
