The MDM server is configured to use SSL using a self-signed certificate. A web server certificate (self-signed) is installed on the iOS device. Still getting the "server certificate for {web server} invalid" error Will the mdm web server work with a self-signed certificate? Or do I need to get a certificate signed from a trusted CA?
Install the certificate on the device so that it displays Settings> General> Profiles. You can do this by sending a certificate to the email account configured on the device, or by allowing you to download the certificate via HTTP (S).
