Percent Encoding in a URI

Question

I would like to know how I can convert URIs:

%D1%80%D1%83%D1%81%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%B8%D0%B9%20%D1%8F%D0%B7%D1%8B%D0%BA

to

I know about functions urldecodein PHP. I am looking for the same function in Java (Android). Can anyone help me out? Thank.

java.net.URLDecoder.decode(URI)
