Recommended Git Tools for Windows

I only ever used VSS (uggh, I know) and Team Foundation Server to control version control on windows. I am developing in C # using Visual Studio 2010 as my IDE. Now I have a requirement to use Git in my next project.

Can you recommend a git tool there? I know this question was asked earlier on SOF, but it seems to be a bit outdated. Also considering that I only ever used repositories coming out of stable MS, I was hoping that with the help of Git, which will help me to adapt, there is a similar GUI or VS-addon.

Thanks for the help.
