Is there a working link to download GlassfishSvc.jar?

I want to use this method from this blog http://www.ryandelaplante.com/2009/08/in-past-i-have-chosen-to-use-commercial.html , but the download links for GlassfishSvc.jar are broken. It seems that every other site that has this method uses the same download link. So does anyone have this can and can send it to me?
