Cannot install iis logging tools using web platform installer 3.0

An attempt was made to install WordPress from the Web Platform installer on Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard and there was a problem with one of its dependencies: IIS logging tools. Also tried installing IIS logging tools from the web platform installer and was unsuccessful. Se install log:

Solved! I had to install using Server Manager Services / Roles / Web Server / Add Role. My machine is a Windows Server 2008 R2 standard. In W7, I find that the control / program / window enable functions are on or off.
