I cannot find open source projects in .NET / C # for medical diagnostics and data mining. Are there any such projects?
I am not familiar with such a project, and I doubt that it exists (as it is rather specific). Here is a similar question (+ answer), although with respect to the open source Java medical diagnosis program.
