Software architecture drawing tool

Question

Does anyone know if there is some free software that will allow me to easily draw the software architecture?

I do not mean UML, a workflow, a diagram, or other technical materials, but a “presentation-oriented” drawing, for example this .

Hope this helps, I found that looking for free alternatives to MS Visio alone.
