We purchased a 4-channel GSM gateway, model GoIPx4-G610 (the manual is called "GoIP Series SIM Card for GSM Voice Gateway - GSM VOIP Gateway").
We are committed to developing a dedicated GOIP gateway management application. In the past, we developed user applications that controlled simple GSM modems using AT commands to send / receive SMS messages in particular.
Although the gateway can be controlled via SIP, we would like, if possible, to control the GSM modems built into the gateway through AT commands. This is due to the fact that AT fine control commands are offered and because we do not need VoIP functions, since we only need to send / receive SMS messages.
The gateway launches an unknown instance of Linux, with which we can connect via telnet. Unfortunately, we do not have credentials for authentication. The gateway also has a web-based HTTP administration interface, which we can authenticate with, but we canβt find there the settings / information related to the channels that we can use for AT commands.
The documentation is very poor and the supplier cannot provide us with any useful information.
If someone knows how we can send AT commands to modems inside the gateway, this is much appreciated.
