I am having trouble adding any data to my database. This allows me to modify records in tables, but any action that creates a new row or new column in the database mysteriously fails. Here is the stack trace:

It worked fine until I moved the databases to another server. Now I have all the problems, and I'm not sure what to do. Also, this seems to be happening for the South if you are trying to add a field to the database. Curiously, the modification of existing objects / columns in the database occurs without failures. I'm really not sure what to do and will love any help.
