Facebook Like Box shows only one face

I have a problem with Like Box - it goes well with the fans page, showing the correct number of likes, but only one face is displayed in the window ... I know that this is not a user rights problem, because the page has more than 300 likes, and some of its users are faced with the appearance in other boxes.

Does anyone have an idea what might be wrong?

I just realized - the problem disappeared when in the field "Facebook page URL" instead of "facebook.com/MyPageName" I set it to "facebook.com/pages/MyPageName/PAGE_ID '
