Does a scalable TBB allocator emphasize memory fragmentation?

I have a video capture system that requires a lot of memory during the search process. I know that the tbb scalable allocator frees up freed memory in the memory pool and does not return it to the OS. Does this mean that the pool will have all the previous allocated memory in its pool all the time, and when other threads need memory, it can lead to memory exiting?

I use 2 machines from 24 cores, 47G memory. My program has 24 threads, and each thread handles one search task and uses the tbb scalable allocator to allocate memory, but still gets a bad alloc exception. I also used valgrind to detect memory leaks and search for the report below, which apparently only has “still achievable” problems caused by the tbb scalable allocator and other memory leaks. Can someone show me how to solve this problem?
